FARMER ROBBED
SENTENCE OF IMPRISONMENT.
(Per United Press Association.) Wellington, July 19. Well-known to the bench Cecilia Old and William Percy Old were sentenced by Mr E. Mosley, S.M., to six months’ gaol in connection with robbery of a farm labourer named Ling, who came into town with over £2O and went on a drinking bout. While very drunk he was taken home by the woman. He awoke at midnight to find them gone and also his money.
