GERMAN LEADER’S APPEAL.
(United Press Assn.— Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) Berlin, June 17. Hen- Oberlindober, leader of the Reich War Veterans’ League, addressing 25,000 ex-servicemen at Oldenburg, welcomed the efforts to foster international understanding through exservicemen’s associations in France, England and elsewhere. He asks exservicemen over the whole world to remember “the hours we stood opposite each other and to extend the respect they feel for German ex-servicemen to our whole people.”
