HALF-HOLIDAY INSTITUTED.
MILITARY TRAINING FOR MEN. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Rome, June 16. Cabinet has passed a Bill under which work vzill cease at 1 p.m. on Saturdays throughout Italy, where half-holidays hitherto have been unknown, but the men must devote their afternoons to military training. A decree has also been issued withdrawing the silver coinage and substituting. notes, presumably owing to the rise in the price of silver.
