PROPOSED CLOSING IN WAR.

Signor Gayda, in the Giornale d’ltalia, declares: “If the Suez Canal and the Straits of Gibraltar could be closed by the League in order to impose sanctions they must be internationalized. Any nation would consider the of the Suez Canal as an explicit act of hostility deserving of special consideration.”
