FOUR CHARGES
FALSE REPRESENTATIONS. AGENT PLEADS GUILTY. (Per United ‘Press Association.) Wellington, June 14. Thomas Alfred Botterill, aged 31, agent, pleaded guilty and was remanded for sentence on four charges of obtaining £45 14/- from W. J. Crawford, of Palmerston North, by falsely representing that orders for advertisements in the Auckland Motorists’ Handy Guide were genuine ones. A report is to be obtained from the Palmerston North Probation Officer.
