38 GERMAN CITIZENS. SOCIALISTS AND COMMUNISTS. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Berlin, June 11. Herr Frick has issued a decree depriving 38 Gerfnans of their nationality, including Herr Hilferding, Dr Stresemann’s Minister of Finance, who concluded the 500,000,000 mark loan with the Swedish match trust, helping to tide over German finances at a difficult time. The decree also affects various wellknown Socialist and Communist writers on the grounds that disloyalty to the State and to the people is prejudicial to German interests.
