INJUNCTION SOUGHT.

Wellington, June 11. After five days’ hearing, the case, in which Douglas Gibson sought an injunction restraining the Wellington Seamen’s Union 'from expelling him from membership, was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day. Altogether, counsel for plaintiff took six hours to open his case. Plaintiff was five hours in the box and F. P. Walsh, principal witness for the defence, was nearly six hours in the box. The concluding day was almost wholly occupied with legal argument by the four counsel engaged. The Chief Justice reserved his decision.
