CONDEMNED MAN
PETITION FOR REPRIEVE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 11.45 p.m.) London, June 11. The petition asking for the reprieve of George Percy Stoner, aged 19, who was condemned to death for the murder of Francis Mawson Rattenby, has been signed by scores of thousands of persons throughout England, and it is expected that when the petition closes on June 13, which is five days before the execution, half a million will have signed.
