NEW COMMISSION
MORTGAGE RELIEF WELLINGTON DISTRICT THREE APPOINTMENTS (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 10. It was announced by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. J. ,G. Cobbe, today that the following appointments had been made to the Wellington District Mortgagors’ Relief Commission:— Thomas Robert Barrer, sheep farmer of Masterton and chairman of Wellington Harbour Board. George Herbert Harper, retired barrister and farmer. Kenneth Warring Dalrymple, of Bulls. The two new members replace Mr Hugh Mclntyre, of Feilding (chairman) and Mr Albert McDonald, of Masterton, who resigned some weeks ago because of reported dissatisfaction regarding new arrangements by the Government for a new secretary for the commission. The Minister said the reconstructed commission would begin work on the arrears of applications, which were fairly numerous.
