MAGISTRATE’S COURT

SITTING AT GORE. Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., presided at a sitting of the Gore Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Judgment was given by default for plaintiffs with costs in the following civil actions:—Robert Rodger v. Janet Trusler (Gore) for 17/6 and costs 14/-; R. Hocking v. R. V. Ferris (Waikaia) was ordered to pay to Tappers Ltd. the sum of £1 a month on a claim for £lO 1/11 in default 10 days’ imprisonment.
