BANK CLERK BEFORE COURT.
(Per United Press Association.) New Plymouth, June 7. David Jason Spence, a clerk in the Commercial Bank of New Plymouth, charged with the theft of £236 between October, 1934, and March, 1935, was remanded till Wednesday, bail of £4OO being granted, accused to report daily to the police. t
