HEALTH-GIVING FOODS
GREATER CONSUMPTION URGED. WORLD-WIDE MOVEMENT. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) London, June 6. Australia is initiating a world-wide movement at Geneva next week aiming at a greater consumption of food as. part of an international policy to solve the problems of over-supply and under-consumption. At the International Labour Conference Australia will move and New Zealand will second that joint consideration should be given to health and agriculture in order to secure greater consumption of health-giving foods. Britain and several Continental countries will support the resolution, which will be further discussed by the League Assembly in September, after which it is expected that a League committee will inquire into the problem.
