Paganon. Minister of Justice.—M. Leon BerardMinister of Finance.—M. Marcel Regnier. Minister of Marine.—M. Pietiu. Minister for War.—Colonel Fabry. Minister of Education.—M. Marcombes. Minister of Commerce.—M. Georges Bonnet. Minister for Air.—General Denain. Minister of Public Works.—M. Laurenteynac. Minister for the Colonies.—M. Rollin. Minister of Merchant Marine. —M. Rous tan. Minister of Labour.—M. Frossard. Minister of Pensions. —M. Maupoil. Minister of Agriculture.—M. Cathala. Minister of Health.—M. La Font. Minister of Post and Telegraphs.—M. Mandel. A surprise appointment is that of M. Regnier, who assumes the burden of the financial and economic crisis. Probably he was chosen for his experience as a former rapporteur of the Budget in the Senate. His only previous Cabinet post was Minister of the Interior in M. Flandin’s brief Cabinet. He is a lawyer by profession. The new Government extends from Radicals to the Right group under M. Marin. BANK OF FRANCE HEAVY LOSS OF GOLD. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) The City editor of the Daily Telegraph says the Bank of France return for the week ending May 31 showed a loss of gold totalling £64,000,000, making £145,000,000 since March 29. The latest report of the gold efflux exceeds all expectations and cannot represent a legitimate movement of capital.
