MURDER CHARGE
ACCUSED FOUND NOT GUILTY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.40 p.m.) Sydney, June 6. In the Criminal Court Leslie Warburton was found not guilty of the murder of Paul Drasdoff at Waverley. Warburton reiterated .his innocence and declared that Mrs Drasdoff made a terrible mistake in identifying him as the perpetrator. Warburton was discharged. At the Coroner’s inquiry, detectives gave evidence that Mrs Drasdorff identified Warburton In a line-up of nine men at the gaol. Warburton had taken detectives to the cemetary at Handwick where he Indicated where a pair of rubber gloves and an automatic pistol were lying in the grass. Warburton denied that he was concerned In the shooting of Drasdorff.
