NEW BUILDING IN LONDON. LAYING OF FOUNDATION STONE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 11.50 p.m.) London, June 3. While the Prince of Wales was laying die foundation stone of the Royal Empire Society’s new building a man on the roof of a high building opposite waved a Union Jack bearing a swastika. The man uncovered' his head when the National Anthem was sung. The Prince emphasized the importance of new premises for entertaining visitors from overseas. Congratulatory messages were read from the King Mr MacDonald, Mr Lyons and Mr « Forbes.
