GLIDER CRASHES
DEATH OF THE PILOT.

Robert Harris, aged 22 years, was killed when his glider crashed from 150 feet at Saltpan aerodrome, Cairns. The glider, which was home-made, failed to come out of a dive and struck the ground with terrific force. It was embedded to a depth of two feet.
