BUOYANT MOOD
LONDON STOCK MARKETS.
(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, February 14. The stock markets were in a buoyant mood throughout to-day in strict contrast to the previous few days. Satisfactory figures of trade returns are largely responsible. A later message states that a more optimistic feeling prevails on the Stock Exchange following encouraging Board of Trade figures, this being exceptionally noticeable in the home industrials section. British Government stocks are strong.
