A DEFINITE STEP.

(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, January 25. The convocations of Canterbury and York are engaged in discussing reunion of the churches. In the Lower House Canterbury took an important step towards reunion by deciding unanimously to accept the report of the joint conference between the representatives of the Church of England and the free churches. The report contemplates a revised constitution for the Church of England, which will render easy acceptance of the principle of episcopacy for the members of the free churches.
