DISAPPOINTED LOVER
MURDER AND SUICIDE.

Disappointed in his love for Joyce Eggins, aged 16, niece of the man for whom he recently worked, David Geddes Taylor, aged 28, entered the girl’s .room at a farm near Kempsey, fired a bullet i«® her temple, then set fire to her bed and retreating to the verandah, shot himself dead. The girl died two hours later in hospital.
