GROCERS’ PICNIC.

The 400 people who travelled to Orepuki for the Grocers picnic found it the ideal spot for such an outing. The weather conditions were all that could be desired and the number of happy and sunburnt faces to be seen on the return journey testified to the enjoyment of the day. A large programme of sports events was despatched in a manner which reflected credit on the work of the committee responsible.
