(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.50 p.m.) London, January 22. From an office in Westminster, the Duchess of Kent selected a new spring hat displayed at a mannequin parade at Crystal Palace six miles away. It was a television experiment, showing the parade with remarkable clarity.
