VENUE OF NEXT GATHERING. STEWART ISLAND MENTIONED. (Per United Press Association.) New Plymouth, January 23. The venue of next year’s Teachers’ Summer School definitely will be in the South Island. Dunedin, Timaru, Waitaki, Christchurch and Stewart Island. were mentioned at the annual meeting of the movement to-day, but the decision will rest with the executive.. Officers were' elected as follows: President, Mr H. Hollinrake; vicepresidents, Misses Edmed (Dargavihe) and Mansfield (Auckland) and Messrs Milner (Waitaki), Mather (Auckland), Goldsbury (New Plymouth) and Banner (Wellington); management committee, Misses Metcalfe (Wanganui), Ross (Konini), Jones (Otahuhu), Hoyle (Auckland), Junker and Harbur (Stratford) and Messrs Scott (Balclutha), Woodley (Nuhaka) and Head (Linwood). The school concluded a 10 days gathering to-day.
