KINGSFORD SMITH’S PLANS. FORMATION OF COMPANY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Suva, January 22. Sir Charles Kingsford Smith, who is a passenger by the Monterey for Sydney, said he hopes to capitalize Kingsford Smith Airways into a large company to manufacture Lockheed and other American planes for which he holds licenses. Captain Taylor is probably returning to Australia by the Mariposa.
