DISPUTE SETTLED
JEHOL BORDER. CHINESE WITHDRAW TROOPS. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Pekin, January 21. As a result of the Chinese agreeing to withdraw their troops to a line running between Kuyuan and Tuhsikou on the Jehol border, the dispute is now considered to be settled, According to the Japanese military authorities here the question of s final delimitation of the boundary will be left for diplomatic negotiations later.
