The action of the School Board at Blairmore, a coal-mining town, in declaring a school holiday to J ll3 ™ . e seventeenth anniversary of the Russian, revolution has created a furore throughout the province. There have been hundreds of protests to the Government coupled with a demand that Government school grants should be cut off. ’
