TWO REBELS EXECUTED.

STRIKE PLAN FAILS.

The Prime Minister, Senor Lerroux, announced in Parliament that the National Confederation of Labour had called a strike of 200,000 and 300,000 workers for dawn on Wednesday, coinciding with the execution of two rebels concerned in the recent revolution. Senor Robles, the Catholic leader, declared that another revolution was being prepared and must be crushed. As a result the Government sought a vote of confidence. Monarchists attacked •the Government, alleging that it reprieved some of those sentenced to ■death, while others had faced the penalty. A later report states that the two rebels have been executed and that the strike plan failed.
