EGYPTIAN CABINET
RESIGNATION ANNOUNCED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) Alexandria, November 6. The Egyptian Cabinet has resided. It is understood that the Prime Minister, Abdel Fattah Yehia Pasha, stated that owing to the unwarrantable interference of the British Residency he had been compelled to resign in the interests of the country. The interference apparently refers to the Residency negotiating with the new chief of the Royal Cabinet and not with the Prime Minister,
