SPEEDING UP PROPOSED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) London, November 7. Sir Philip Sassoon, Under-Secretary for Air, states that the Government, in co-operation with the dominions, .is taking immediate steps to speed up civil aviation throughout the Empire.
