DISHONEST TRADING
CLOSING OF STORES URGED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Toronto, November 6. The padlocking of all stores convicted of short measure and other dishonest practices for various periods according to the extent of the fraud was urged by the former Trade Minister, Mr H. H. Stevens, who is continuing his campaign against unfair business methods. Fraud charges have been laid against 117 merchants.
