LAUNCH WRECKED
TOW LINE PARTS. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, November 6. The fishing launch Ellar, 34 feet in length, drifted ashore and was wrecked near Leigh yesterday. Nobody was on board. It is understood the launch was being towed from Whangaroa to Auckland by another launch and that the tow line parted on Sunday night. The towing launch has not returned and it is thought she is searching for the Ellar.
