AEROPLANE SMASH
A DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRY. DATE NOT YET FIXED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, April 10. A departmental inquiry will be held into the aeroplane smash on Mount Hawkins on March 17, when Mr Boucher, president of the Auckland Aero Club, was killed, and Mr L. W. Swan, the secretary of the club, was injured. Although a certain amount of evidence has already been collected, further investigations remain to be made. Consequently the date of the inquiry has not yet been fixed.
