GRAFT IN BRITAIN
HEALTH MINISTRY’S WARNING. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, April 8. The Dispatch says: “Stamp out graft” is the warning the Ministry of Health sent to municipal authorities throughout Britain following an investigation into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors It was also discovered that councillors were giving highly-paid jobs to relatives.
