STRANDING OF WAIHEMO
AN ERROR OF JUDGMENT.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Suva, April 6. The Marine Court _ investigated the stranding of the Waihemo. It found that the master had committed an error of judgment not amounting to negligence and not requiring the censure of the Court. The master was ordered to pay the cost of the inquiry, eight guineas.
