FUNDING LOAN
A SUCCESSFUL OPERATION. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, April 5. The subscription lists were opened this morning for the British Government 3 per cent, funding loan of £150,000,000 and were closed at 11.30 a.m. The issue completes a series of funding operations following the great war loan conversion accomplished in 1932. There are now no important maturities to be dealt with until 1938.
