ACCIDENTAL DEATH. (Per United Press Association.) Gisborne, January 8. At the inquest on Alexander Mcßae who died as the result of injuries sustained on December 29, Maurice Gemmel, a shepherd, stated that deceased went to the power house which supplied the station with electricity. As deceased had not returned, witness went there and heard a moan. Deceased told him to shut the power off. Witness found Mcßae caught round the shafting by his clothing. He had been spun round, then his feet caught under a shed, preventing further movement. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
