WEDDING. CAMERON—TROTTER. St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Riverton, was well filled on the evening of Saturday, December 30, the occasion being the marriage of Onie Sinclair, fourth daughter of Dr and Mrs N. G. Trotter, to George Macgregor, second son of Mr G. D. Cameron, of Dunedin. The Rev. N. C. Luker officiated, and Mrs H. J. Walden presided at the organ.

The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a gown of ivory crepe cire, heavily trimmed with pearls and beads at neck, shoulders and cuffs. Puffed sleeves, which left the shoulders bare, and were open on the inner side from armpit to wrist, fell bell-shaped towards the tight-fitting cuffs. The veil was of Honiton lace, arranged cap fashion, and held in place by sprigs of orange blossom. The bouquet was of lilia aurata, ivory roses, sweet peas and maiden hair fern. Miss Esme Trotter and Miss Molly McTamney (Dunedin) the bridesmaids, wore frocks of gold floral organdi, trimmed with gold satin ribbon. Their primrose hemp straw hats were trimmed with gold organdi. Their Victorian posies were of yellow and ivory roses. Miss Betty Walden, who acted as flower girl, wore a frock and Dutch bonnet of gold organdi with gold shoes. Her posy was a miniature replica of the bridesmaids. The bridegroom was attended by Mr W. Hislop (Dunedin) as best man, and Mr Wallace Trotter as groomsman.

A reception was afterwards held at the residence of the bride’s parents, Mrs Trotter wearign a frock of navy embossed georgette and a cream picture hat. The bride’s travelling costume consisted of a hyacinth blue ensemble, white satin tie, soft blue silk hat, blue swagger coat and accessories to match.
