CHINA’S TARIFFS
INCREASE AFFECTS WHEAT.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyrig. -) Shanghai, December 18. Australian wheat-growers and flourmillers are most adversely affected as a result of the new high tariffs by Nanking on all future imports of wheat and flour into China, which have been imposed for the purpose of bolstering up the nation’s military expenditure on the Fukien campaign.
