COURT EMBARRASSED. (United Press Assn.— Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.8 p.m.) Berlin, October 27. Dimitroff’s searching questions of Kroyer, the Austrian Nazi, repeatedly embarrassed the court at the Leipzig fire trial. . , Kroyer gave evidence in support or Karwahne and identified Lubbe as Torgler’s companion in the communist room on the day of the fire. Dimitroff persistently _ questioned Kroyer. The president, intervening, said to Kroyer: Please do not excite yourself. I shall reject Dimitroff s questions anyhow.
