LEG BROKEN
ILL-LUCK AT “LUCKY” WELL. A holiday-maker, Mrs Winifred Margetts, of Birmingham, recently visited the “lucky wishing well” at Weymouth, in England. She bent down to sip the water, slipped down the steps, and broke her leg. Mrs Margetts was sent to hospital. A friend has promised to take her some of the “magic” water in a bottle.
