Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Invercargill City Council, held on the 27th day of June, 1933, a resolution was passed as follows: — The Invercargill City Council, in pursuance of Sections 153 and 155 of The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, hereby resolves by way of Special Order that a lease of Sections 10 and 11, Block 111, Town of Invercargill, for a term of 21 years be offered for sale by public tender without the liability to accept any tender but with the right to accept a tender of The Invercargill Returned Soldiers’ Association Incorporated at a rental of One shilling a year if demanded, and free of rates for the first ten years or for a longer period if so agreed and according to the conditions of tender and leasing and the provisions of the draft lease.
