TYTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Jrt in accordance with the provisions of the “Rating Act, 1925,” and amendments thereof, that the Wallace County Council, in accordance with notice given, made on Friday, 21st July, 1933, for the period commencing Ist April, 1933, and ending on the 31st March, 1934, under Section 120 of the “Counties Act, 1920,” and amendments thereof and in accordance with the provisions of the “Rating Act, 1925,” and amendments thereof on the Capital Value of the rateable properties on the Valuation Rolls of the Ridings respectively, viz: A General Kate of . one half penny, in the £ in Orepuki Riding, three-eighths of a penny in the £ in Pourakino, Waiau, W’airaki, Wairio and Mararoa Ridings, one farthing in the £ in Waimatuku and Otautau Ridings, and under Section 52 of the “Hospital and Charitable Institution Act, 1926,” a Charitable Aid Rate of three-six-teenths of a penny in the £ on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the County as entered in the Valuation Rolls, payable in one sum at the office of the Wallace County Council, Otautau, on the 17th August, 1933. XTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Council made on Friday, 21st July, 1933, in accordance with the provisions of the “Finance Act, 1927,” (No. 2), and notice duly given under Section 28 of the said Act, A General Rate of three-sixteenths of a penny per hundred feet board measure on timber so converted from the log into sawn timber, from Ist April, 1933, to 31st March, 1934, payable in one sum at the office of the Wallace County Council, on Ist April, 1934.
