MATTERN IN ALASKA
PASSENGER IN SOVIET PLANE.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Nome (Alaska), July 20. James Mattern, whose plane was wrecked six weeks ago in _ Siberia, landed here to-day in a Soviet plane flown by a Russian aviator.
