At a sitting of the Gore Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon before Mr H. J. Dixon, S.M., judgment was given for plaintiffs by default in the following undefended civil cases:—W. U. Bunting v. G. K. Don (Waikaia) for £1 9/3, costs 10/-; Brown and Domigan v. S. Gordon (Riversdale) for £5 7/-, costs £1 12/6; same v. F. Lee (Waikaia) for £4 7/-, costs £1 3/6; T. L. Scott v. S. G. Dobbs (Mataura) for £l3 12/10, costs £2 14/-; W. R. Moffitt v. F. Deans (Waikaia) for £3 10/-, costs £1 5/6; Murray and Robertson v. T. Moffatt (Waikaia) for £3 4/10, costs £1 5/6; Gore Implement Exchange v. Thomas Stark for £2 15/-, costs £1 5/6; J. Green, jun., v. Thomas Redman (Mataura) for £3 15/8, costs £1 3/6.
