TOSS OF COIN
STRATFORD’S MAYOR ELECTED.
CANDIATES EQUAL. (Per United Press Association.) Stratford, May 5. On the toss of a coin Mr J. V/. McMillan was elected Mayor. The recount was completed last evening, and after a decision had been given on certain votes previously held to be informal, the position of the candidates was equal. The Returning Officer was empowered to decide the matter by lot and the toss of the coin, went in favour of Mr McMillan.
