FRUITLESS SEARCH
NO SIGN OF LANCASTER.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.30 p.m.) Paris, April 22. The Transsahara Company reports that there is no sign of Captain Lancaster, though planes searched for miles along the supposed route. Scores of caravan drivers, natives and desert tribesmen have been questioned. It is believed that Lancaster was a long way off his course. The search is being continued.
