GRAIN STOCKS

RETURNS TO NOVEMBER 30. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, December 22. A census of the stocks of flour, wheat and oats in the Dominion was taken as at November 30, 1932, when the following quantities were returned : Flour, 13,482 tons; wheat, 1,360,052 bushels (including 1,216,027 bushels of milling wheat) and 841,248 bushels of oats. The returns were received covering all stocks owned or stored by millers, merchants and farmers throughout the Dominion with a few unimportant exceptions which would not appreciably affect the totals given. The corresponding figures for last year were: Flour, 11,037 tons; wheat, 1,855,787 bushels; oats, 747,177 bushels.
