LONGWOOD AND DISTRICTS SPORTS PICNIC. (From Our Correspondent.) The Longwood and Districts Sports Picnic which was held in Mr J. R. Nuthall's paddock was a great success people attending from all over the district. In the evening a dance was held in the Tihaka Hall, music being supplied by Messrs A. Shirley (Colac), R. Blakie and Donaldson. The duties of M.C. were carried out by Mr J. Blakie. The waltzing competition was won by Miss Horan and Mr W. McKercher.
