SELF GOVERNMENT
AGITATION IN SCOTLAND. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, November 1. The Glasgow correspondent of The Times says that, supported by many prominent Scots, a Scottish self-govern-ment party has been formed with the sole aim to secure a Parliament in Edinburgh for purely Scottish affairs. Branches are being fonped throughout Scotland and an appeal is being made for funds.
