BRANDING WOOL
TESTS OF NEW FLUID. SUCCESS CLAIMED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, October 26. The Wool Fibre Research Association discussed reports from all parts of the world regarding tests of a new branding fluid perfected by the Wool Research Association. The tests are reported to be absolutely successful. A member of the Fibre Association suggested that the use of the fluid be made compulsory, a suggestion not generally favourably received in Bradford where the opinion was expressed that it was preferable to educate Dominion woolgrowers _to whom further consignments are being despatched.
