CASE IN DUNEDIN. EFFECT ACCEPTED. (Per United Press Association.) x Dunedin, July 29. The 1737 Act quoted in the Wellington rent case on Thursday was a factor last year in a Dunedin case, in which property had been removed from a theatre vacated by the tenants, who were in arrears. This dispute was settled without resort to the Court, the effect of the old Act being accepted.
